Linseed Price in Slovakia (FOB) - 2022
The average linseed export price stood at $906 per ton in 2022, declining by -1.5% against the previous year. Overall, the export price recorded a perceptible setback. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in 2020 an increase of 28%. Over the period under review, the average export prices attained the maximum at $1,406 per ton in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, the export prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of destination: amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Romania ($1,757 per ton), while the average price for exports to Italy ($701 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Switzerland (+11.1%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced mixed trend patterns.
Linseed Price in Slovakia (CIF) - 2022
In 2022, the average linseed import price amounted to $1,343 per ton, increasing by 7.8% against the previous year. Overall, import price indicated a moderate increase from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +3.3% over the last decade.
