Cameroon, Djibouti, Morocco, Cote d'Ivoire, Libya, Tunisia, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Ghana lagged somewhat behind, together accounting for a further X%.

Diary Import Prices by Country in Africa

The diary import price in Africa stood at $X per thousand units in 2017, lowering by -X% against the previous year. The diary import price continues to indicate a relatively flat trend pattern. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in 2015, an increase of X% year-to-year. Over the period under review, the import prices for diaries attained its maximum level of $X per thousand units in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2017, it stood at a somewhat lower level.

Import prices varied noticeably by the country of destination; the country with the highest import price was Cote d'Ivoire ($X per thousand units), while Tanzania ($X per thousand units) was amongst the lowest.
