Pumpkin Price in Luxembourg (CIF) - 2023
In August 2023, the average pumpkin import price amounted to $2,428 per ton, falling by -9.1% against the previous month. Over the period from August 2022 to August 2023, it increased at an average monthly rate of +1.0%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in February 2023 when the average import price increased by 12% m-o-m. The import price peaked at $2,672 per ton in July 2023, and then shrank in the following month.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was the Netherlands ($8,814 per ton), while the price for Spain ($1,454 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From August 2022 to August 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Belgium (+3.0%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average pumpkin export price stood at $4,138 per ton in September 2023, picking up by 1.8% against the previous month.
