The average import price for tobacco; partly or wholly stemmed or stripped stood at $7,059 per ton in November 2023, surging by 2.2% against the previous month. Over the period from December 2022 to November 2023, it increased at an average monthly rate of +2.7%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in April 2023 an increase of 11% month-to-month. The import price peaked in November 2023.
