The average export price for nickel; tubes and pipes, not alloyeds stood at $59,288 per ton in November 2023, falling by -39.8% against the previous month. In general, the export price continues to indicate a deep slump. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in March 2023 when the average export price increased by 223% m-o-m. The export price peaked at $216K per ton in April 2023; however, from May 2023 to November 2023, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
As there is only one major export destination, the average price level is determined by prices for Germany.
From December 2022 to November 2023, the rate of growth in terms of prices for Italy amounted to +0.4% per month.
