In June 2023, the average natural rubber and gum export price amounted to $26,937 per ton, picking up by 562% against the previous month. Overall, the export price posted strong growth. The export price peaked at $48,107 per ton in April 2023; however, from May 2023 to June 2023, the export prices failed to regain momentum.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was the United States ($135K per ton), while the average price for exports to Denmark ($2,691 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the United States (+8.2%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In June 2023, the average natural rubber and gum import price amounted to $3,107 per ton, dropping by -64.3% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price showed a mild decrease. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in July 2022 when the average import price increased by 246% m-o-m. As a result, import price reached the peak level of $13,492 per ton. From August 2022 to June 2023, the average import prices remained at a lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was the UK ($39,263 per ton), while the price for Poland ($296 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From June 2022 to June 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by the UK (+14.7%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.
