In September 2023, the average import price for ground-nuts; other than seed, not roasted or otherwise cooked, in shell amounted to $1,279 per ton, surging by 71% against the previous month. In general, import price indicated a moderate increase from February 2023 to September 2023: its price increased at an average monthly rate of +3.4% over the last seven months. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period.
