In March 2022, the average grapes; fresh or dried import price amounted to $3,530 per ton, waning by -7.6% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price continues to indicate a slight descent. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in November 2021 when the average import price increased by 21% month-to-month. Over the period under review, average import prices hit record highs at $4,416 per ton in March 2021; however, from April 2021 to March 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In March 2022, the country with the highest price was Australia ($4,336 per ton), while the price for India ($1,681 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From March 2021 to March 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by China (+5.9%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Norway (+9.4%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
