In January 2024, the average import price for frozen raspberries, blackberries, mulberries, loganberries, black-, white- or red currants and gooseberrieses amounted to $2,333 per ton, increasing by 1.9% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the import price, however, recorded a slight slump. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in August 2023 an increase of 30% month-to-month. Over the period under review, average import prices reached the peak figure at $2,926 per ton in April 2023; however, from May 2023 to January 2024, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of origin: the country with the highest price was Serbia ($3,415 per ton), while the price for Poland ($824 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From January 2023 to January 2024, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Serbia (+1.8%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.

In 2022, the average export price for frozen raspberries, blackberries, mulberries, loganberries, black-, white- or red currants and gooseberrieses amounted to $3,539 per ton, surging by 15% against the previous year. Overall, export price indicated notable growth from 2012 to 2022: its price increased at an average annual rate of +3.5% over the last decade. The trend pattern, however, indicated some noticeable fluctuations being recorded throughout the analyzed period. Based on 2022 figures, export price for frozen raspberries, blackberries, mulberries, loganberries, black-, white- or red currants and gooseberrieses increased by +32.9% against 2018 indices.
