There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In September 2023, the country with the highest price was the United States ($6,428 per ton), while the price for South Korea ($1,544 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From February 2023 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Italy (+5.2%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced a decline.

As a result, the export price reached the peak level of $1,590 per ton. From May 2023 to September 2023, the the average export prices remained at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major external markets. In September 2023, the country with the highest price was Mexico ($1,981 per ton), while the average price for exports to Indonesia ($1,029 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From February 2023 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Australia (+5.4%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.
