Non-Electric Chainsaw Price in Brazil (FOB) - 2023
The average non-electric chainsaw export price stood at $245 per unit in September 2023, with a decrease of -15.8% against the previous month. Over the period under review, the export price recorded a relatively flat trend pattern. The pace of growth was the most pronounced in February 2023 an increase of 15% m-o-m. Over the period under review, the average export prices hit record highs at $304 per unit in March 2023; however, from April 2023 to September 2023, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by the country of destination: the country with the highest price was Mexico ($328 per unit), while the average price for exports to India ($191 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From September 2022 to September 2023, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to Japan (+3.3%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced more modest paces of growth.

In 2022, the average non-electric chainsaw import price amounted to $73 per unit, picking up by 16% against the previous year. Overall, the import price, however, saw a perceptible decrease. The import price peaked at $102 per unit in 2012; however, from 2013 to 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was the United States ($299 per unit), while the price for Hong Kong SAR ($15 per unit) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by the United States (+8.5%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced mixed trend patterns.
Non-Electric Chainsaw Exports in Brazil
