The average antisera import price stood at $755,356 per ton in 2022, shrinking by -9% against the previous year. Overall, the import price saw a pronounced downturn. The pace of growth appeared the most rapid in 2014 an increase of 41% against the previous year. The import price peaked at $2,075,251 per ton in 2017; however, from 2018 to 2022, import prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
Prices varied noticeably by country of origin: amid the top importers, the country with the highest price was Switzerland ($4,963,534 per ton), while the price for China ($56,020 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was attained by Poland (+41.3%), while the prices for the other major suppliers experienced more modest paces of growth.

The average antisera export price stood at $288,132 per ton in 2022, waning by -25.6% against the previous year. Over the period under review, the export price continues to indicate a mild decline. The growth pace was the most rapid in 2019 an increase of 173%. The export price peaked at $1,544,730 per ton in 2020; however, from 2021 to 2022, the export prices stood at a somewhat lower figure.
There were significant differences in the average prices for the major external markets. In 2022, amid the top suppliers, the country with the highest price was Denmark ($994,082 per ton), while the average price for exports to Switzerland ($79,756 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
From 2012 to 2022, the most notable rate of growth in terms of prices was recorded for supplies to the United Arab Emirates (+4.5%), while the prices for the other major destinations experienced a decline.
Antisera Imports in Norway
